WPB refers to a Grade B carbon steel weld fitting. DOsCJ is new to me - is it possible it is the manufacturer's Heat Code (which by code must be stamped on every fitting)?
A B61.1 Cast Iron flange has the same bolt circle diameter, same size and number of bolt holes and the same flange thickness as B16.47 Series A. But, your flange is only marked B16, so no telling what you actually have.
Good luck on this one. In today's market, prices are changing frequently. I suggest you contact two or three local supply houses to get current prices.

I think you already know the answer .......... Why would a valve company sell a product so far beneath the current market value ?? Every company I ever worked for wanted to maximize profit on every sale. I suspect the low cost is indication of the overall quality of the finished...
We have a Lug Style Butterfly valve that sells for well under $100, rated for dead end service, use with slip-on or weld-neck flanges. Ideal for mounting actuation, unlike a gate valve.

Are you the manufacturer ? If not, I would suggest you contact them as they may not be aware of the problem, or there is an explaination of the lineir indications that you have observed.
