    model tree won't show up in nav windown

    i'm beating my head against the wall on this. i can not get my model tree to be within my nav window. the option is greyed out under my "Show" tab. the model tree always pops up detached. i even added the config.pro option "enable_tree_indep" and set it to NO, to no avail. any ideas? thx
