We need to spec a heat treat for a large aluminum weldment we are having fabricated for a vibration fixture. It will be fab'ed from thick aluminum plates. Could you help us with the proper heat treat requirements?

I have a cylinder that is pressurized with 3000 psi. There is another non-pressurized cylinder that slides over the pressurized cylinder.
