We will design gravity flow line (2B)from 4th floor storage tank to 1st floor service tank for sodium aluminate as following;
Elevation for 4th FL: 15m
Storage tank vol. : 15m3
I would like to know gravity mass flow of 2B thransfer line
can you inform that this mass flow rate calculation method?
For this matter, we operated combustion air fan at 150 degree C, but that flow can not increased.
So we think that bottle neck is combustion air nozzle....

We have a burner for use a Naphta with a combustion air.
So, I would like to check the that pressure drop of combustion air nozzle in the burner and Naphta nozzle.
Please can you inform me about that calculation formula or method?
