I am using abaqus. The attached is my model. Can anyone knows how can I apply vibration on rigid surface in -ve z direction.
In step module I did apply frequency value 10. But no effect on rigid surface only effecting solid (semicircle)and results are weird.

I am new in abaqus. I want to apply vibration on contact surface. Like Actuator with is surface contact with phantom.
Can anyone tell me what is the step.
I create step and select frequency. But after submitting job the actuator is constant position and phantom is moving.
