I want to insert a copper wire into a melting plastic which is about 150 degrees, but the normal electrophoretic coating on the copper wire always melted or peeled off. Is there any electrophoretic coating that can sustain such a high temperature?

I have some product which hve to import to UK/France. The product is packed by plastic, which has a hole for the hook and hold on the shelf. Does any standard needed for the hole, like the weight range that the hole can afford, or anythind else. Thanks Joseph
