Can anyone suggest me for saddle support design of vessel?
Vessel diameter is 4500mm and T.L to T.L length is 27400mm. Client requires 6nos. Of saddle supports.
Can any 1 suggest me which gasket is suitable??
Design pressure: 97 kg/cm2(g)
Design Temperature: 150 c
Service Fluid: Hydrogen + Hydrocarbon + H2S
m.o.c: C.S (SA 266 GR 2)
Vendor proposed SPWD since it would be more cheaper.
can any1 suggest me how to calculate Wint= Design uplift load due to product prssure per unit circumferential length(n/mm) for Anchorage Ratio J (E.6.2.1.1.1). I stuck in calculation as there is no clarification is given regarding Wint in API-650.
