    Linkage to reduce spacing between centers.

    I'm looking to pick parts from a mold as they eject and stack them in a box. The pattern in the mold is a symmetrical 4x4 with 5in centers. I would like to collapse the pattern to a 4x4 with 2.85in centers using some sort of linkage activated with air cylinder(s). Where is a good place to start?
