    Compositepro, My understanding is that plating racks are usually dipped in a liquid plasticized PVC (Plastisol) and later cured. Its primarily a dip coating process. So the question becomes "Does dipping coating process provide uniform, precise tolerances for Si Wafers to sit on?"
