Vacum Gear Pump Contamination
Hello Fahadshehri, Are all of the flanges inside this metal box? How about the suction and discharge piping leading up to the pump, is it flanged or all butt-welded? Just trying to understand what declared the pump as the contamination point. -Blake "If it rotates, it vibrates."- Guac

Pumps
Are there issues with running the pumps by a float switch into the boiler? The pumps would turn on/off at desired set points and then run them off an off-delay relay to prevent a bouncing/oscillating float from making the pumps stutter on/off. This is how I have seen boiler feed water pumps...- Guac
