I think I can do this...
type in the meters say 3...use the mtext command...
"3 2^_"... this is 3(space)2(carat)...
edit it...highlight the 2 and the carat...
The "a/b" icon should NOW be selectable.
then the text looks like 3 ²...backspace the ²...
then it looks like...

ArcText was part of express tools in AutoCad 2000...
AutoDesk left express tools out of 2002...they want you to fork out $100 or you can migrate the express tools from 2000 into 2002...

Ortho needs to be on (If the move is at right angles)...type in M and hit enter, pick the line to be moved...asks for base point...pick anywhere near the line to be moved...drag in the direction you want the line to go then type in 2.5 then hit enter...

Use search in Windows Explorer...
Put EXCEL*.* for the search for files, Don't forget to change the Look In: to Local Hardrives (C:)
Should come back with the name and location of all files beginning with EXCEL...

if memory serves me right, you then need to create a personalized disk with your name and Autocad serial number...your still not finshed until you put an authorization code in to make Autocad 13 a full working version...one that...
