    I got the reference mentioned from CISC and found them very helpful and prompt. Its a great reference. Also AISC has a free down load "LOAD AND RESISTANCE FACTOR DESIGN SPECIFICATION FOR STEEL HOLLOW STRUCTURAL SECTIONS"
