Does anyone know where I can find information on deep sea currents in deep sea drilling areas? I need them so I can analyse the behavour of a frame being lowered through the water column to 10,000 feet.

It's called an Omron S8VM-01524A. Has anyone heard of them before?

I'm looking for a very compact, 24V power supply that has a minimum current of 400mA.
A rough idea of the volume would be about 7x7x4 inches.
Is that an unreasonably small size to expect?
Have you had any experience of good compact power supplies? Or have you any recommendations...
It's a bored out cylinder that has to contain 15,000 PSI.
I think I have managed now. I used an equation from 27th edition Machinery Handbook instead, under the "Plates, shells and cylinders", page 294, equations a) and b)

Hello, had a quick look on the search but couldn't find anything unfortunatly.
I'm designing a tool casing (basically a cylinder with a capped end) that will have to withstand 15000PSI. I'm wondering how you go about calculatin how thick the end wall has to be to prevent it from blowing out...
Ok guys, got this sorted. I was wrong with the temperature range. It shouldn't be any higher than 150C, so the medium strength loctite should suffice.
