All, Do we have any method to determine the integrity of our non metallic piping.ie GRE pipe.Yes for metallic piping we have UT to determine the thinning wall. How about non metallic pipe?

Rcorner, agreed with you because normally to buy a valve for pigging operation we need to spell out the pipe ID although we specify full bore.

Yes it would be inside scale build up.last time we experienced 10" CS pipe become 2" because of the scale build up inside the Pipe.

Hi BigInch, The caisson application is to contain oily water before discharge to the sea.its part of the produce water treatment. Its not like something on the link.

Thank You BigInch, Actually the purpose of replacing the open drain CS caisson is to avoid corrosion issue(less maintenance).I did some study and there is no issue on the strength and what not since it can withstand up to 34 bar.This application is only at atmospheric pressure.
