    thanks for your help. it is for Indonesia and luxury hotel, it is possible to have full capacity of course. but i was thinking ,even at full capacity, AC compressor will never run all at once, water heater same , ect So i calculate with 70 %...oupss

    Hi What is the standard for hotel electrical planning ? the maximum load is 287 Kva ( 60 rooms with restaurant and kitchen )...how much should i consider a realistic average consumption ? or in another way how much is a diversity factor ? thanks gilles
