    Okay! It looks like you have to change the balloons from Simple to Quantity to merge them. However, I do not like seeing Balloons with quantity 1 display the "1". Is there a way to create a rule to hinder display if qty = 1?

    Thank you, Peter, I had already reviewed the merge section before posting. My problem is that the help section talks about "quantity balloons". My balloons are simple balloons (only item numbers inside). There must be a difference because I cannot select these balloons while in merge mode...
