Inconel X-750 spinella thickness measurement
The microscope/image program I use will allow me to measure increments as low as 100 nanometere. The minimum thickness of the spinella is approx. 500 nanometers. How do I "treat" the sample mount to develope a readable interface between spinella and base metal? geboy- geboy
