I am running a GMAW welding procedure with a P45-P45 material using a F-43(617) filler metal. My question is the gas to be used. Does anyone have any information as to what type of gas is best with this filler and parent material.

Yes, Same here... We average somewhere between 1% & 5% sometimes we may jump up between 5 & 10, when so my boss starts asking questions! As a company we are less than 5%.
