The geometry is not that complex upto the end of the wind creating the sections along the length of the wing and then using surface blend, picking the sections in turn will give you this fairly easily if you can imagine the wing being similar to a chinese lantern and you are creating the wire...

Check the units in your 3d software ansys won't import metric and imperial models within the same analysis, another thing to check is are they both solids.
one of the early ways to fix a gap before entering pro/e heal geometry menu's is to export the iges from pro/e as the software must attempt to heal the geometry it'self during the export and then read in the newly generated file, it may not help you but it's worth a try

Pro/e willl import directly into ansys and their other software Design Space. Both of theses packages on version 7 are begining to look similar. Check their website out but I have no complaints.
