I want to start up 3- 300 kw (272 start up current cos 0,7) motor, 1- 90 kw ( 68 A start up current, cos 0,72), 1- 450 kw ( 396 A start up current cos 0,7) and the voltage is 4160 Volts... we are thinking on starting up with direct start and a generator driven by a diesel motor.

I have a problem with a VFD and a syncronous motor permanet magnets (10 kw 100 hz 400 V), i had asked before some tips, now i could start up without flashing... with a 10khz,the motor have electrical arc between rotor and stator.... and then, i reduce to 3 khz the electrical arc dissaperar, but...
