    Recommended 2200F air anneal 1 to 2 hours water quench. We are trying to use a 2 bar vac furnace with helium argon mix

    It is in wire form going for straight cut bar. The major amount of cracking has been of a stress corrosion type making our cleaning suspect. However we also trying to anneal with a vacuum furnace and the ramp up to temperature is slow and the quench is on boarder line of being to slow. Thank you
