What drew my attention was the "different" noise
it makes. Later someone said (or I read) that you can
not hear it untill it is right on you. That was kind

Hall effect electric compass, MEMS manufacturing and chip
controller and programing for my project. I think I
will opt for "Basic Stamp" from Parallax who by the way
have a great web site (parrallax.com).
I am looking for any suggestions on investigating
solid state gyro heading hold - servo interface.
Specifically programing of rate signal to heading
lock mode calculations. Any pointers are much
appreciated.
