I'm part of a team working to convert a batch process into an online and continuous process. Please could you give me some ideas of instrumentation to measure the weight of the raw materials (Dust or granulates ) to feed in the process?

I want to clhorinate at 1.2 ppm, 40 cubic meter of water, but i want to add chlorine in the piping after the pump that is going to send the water to the tank instead of install another line of chlorine to the top of the tank and feed in the surface of water.

Do you think it could be necessary to use a Venturi tube or feeder, the problem is that i'm going to use a Pump and put the feed after the pump to improve the mixing.

A cleinte give me a temperature for calaculation of the heating load less than the temperature for the cooling load, what should i do to use the recirculation load or use the cooling load to calculate the flow in the AHU?

I have a doubt:
If a have a negative pressure in a room, does it suppose that i have a negative air change?
Because my extraction is bigger than my inyection of air to the room. these is rigth or not?
I have to report my air changes in a pharma instalation and i have that doubt.

Is it Correct to calculate six sigma parameters in process that are controled by a PLC.
Example i use an Oven where i steriliza ampoules, i read with dataloggers the temperature inside oven´s chamber.
Must i calculate the Cp, Cpk and others measures of capability process?
We have a VHP Isolator, where we use a HP 31%, but in the market there is no more HP of that concentration, only 35%.
Must we califiate again the process with this new HP concentration?
Must we change the recipe´s parameters?
