It is a FAST RECTIFIER in a doubler configuration. It was made (a long time ago) by General Instruments or General Semi, now bought by MICROSEMI, who have no idea of what it is.

Would anybody be aware of difference between p/n's FED30DM & FED30DP. I cannot seem to find difference between the M suffix and the P suffix. Many tks!
