    Not sure about Landdesktop, but in regular 2008, or previous versions, to get the pdf neat you need to go into the page setup for the model you want to print, then go to the "Plot options" box, unselect "Plot with plot styles", unselect "Plot object lineweights"... This gives a clean pdf for...
