After looking at my work i was in inches and not feet for my first calculation and after seeing feet/ min i saw i made a mistake too.

I am looking to find how long it takes a grinding wheel to tavel 10'' along a workpiece. The grinding wheel revolves at 60 fpm.
My grinding wheel is 16'' in OD and 1'' wide.
The workpiece diameter is 3''.
feed is 1/4'' per revolution.
I cannot seem to find the correct equation.

If a reamer cuts oversize and leaves behind a bellmouthed shape at beginning of the hole. What is my problem?
Do i need another reamer or is it the alignement of the work piece with the tool?

The machinings have their own pumps as well. I think we can use the same piping and simply turn up the velocity of the pumps in the machines. There is a value you can change on the controles. Then we can measure the flow rate. I am looking for 84l/min with the given pipe flutes i have...
