I have many Joint Loads > Forces (LOAD1) applied in the direction -z (vertical). However I need create horizontal loads (LOAD2) that is = 0,5xLOAD1 applied in the same joints in the direction y.
How I can do this without create the horizontal forces one by one?
Is it possivel in the SAP2000 to fix a limit of displacement in a restraint?
For example:
I have a restraint that is defined: Translation 2 and 3 = Fixed / Translation 1 = Free.
But I want to limit the displacement in direction 1 in 20mm, because I have a mechanical stop.

I have a open box girder, how can I calculate local stress in the open region. Consider all of internal forces (Mx , My , Vx , Vy , N, Mt)in the certer of the girder.

Thanks, but I don't want to analyze the weld. I want to analyze just the parts, how show the picture.
So I want to joint the edges after the simulation with load (as was the weld), and then remove the load, then solve again.

After I will apply the workloads.
