Dear Friends, Thx for your reply. Client wants API 6A design code for choke but wants to use 4130 material for forged body & bonnet. I can use API 6A annex G for high temp. design but I am not sure that i can use 4130 material for ASME B16.5 flange. Kemlesh

HI Friends, one of client is requesting to use AISI4130 for valve body & bonnet. Temperature is high as 200 Deg C. I have checked B16.5 for flange but I could not found AISI4130 material for use of flange. is it acceptable to use AISI4130 material ? and where can i find those point for refer.
