Hi - I am trying to get E&O insurance for a small consulting firm. Since AIG is not writing policies!!! Can someone with E&O insurance give me a name of someone that will do E&O for aviation?
If the SRM does not list an approved substitution, you need to get an FAA DER to approve it. Some of us have some data, but I have not found a good website that lists all the propriatary data. Some of it you can find in MIL-HNBK-5 in chapter 8.

The 'wheel' could have a net drag in the direction of travel - but the frame would likely have more drag than normal - so the net effect may be lower overall drag. A bike and rider are a system its the whole thing, not just a component. Sounds like marketing.
