    Birdly, Do both machines act in the same manner? When you change recipes does the timing always change? How many recipes do you run on the machines? It sounds to me that it is programmed to change. When did you notice that it started acting differently? Keep trying you will get it eln

    I have had to do this in the past. Rockwell allows you to reset the activation via the internet. just go to: http://support.rockwellautomation.com/resetcodes/ there you will find instructions as to how to reset your activation. you will need your master disk(floppy) to complete the task. eln
