the interface read in the data only in 2D sorry! see also the CATIA Documentation and under Tools/option Campatibility.
Possible way for you? Read in the data in AutoCAD and wirte a IGES File.

to read V4 CCD models from ccd for v5 you must upgrade ccd fro v4 to 4.24 . CCD has change the internal data format sorry

split the assembly in 2 assembly. One assembly whit all the outside parts and subassembly and the with inner part (example only). Start a new drawing and you generate the views from both assembly in same drawing...
