I was wondering if anyone could recommend the best alloy to use for sand casting that will give the greatest as cast strength? 319 seems to be the one to go with but any input?
any updat on this? there is a few places over here who powder coat motorcycle wheels and am curious if there is a problem with the curing method are they even aware!?

They are installed lubricated in two stroke oil and gets continuous lubrication from unburnt oil. btw the OEM bushings are a bronze graphite sintered type mix or atleast seem to be.
