Have you tried to build the model an alternate way. Create a surface mesh on one side of the panel then copy it to the other. Extrude the mesh from one face to the other to create the core solid mesh.

From the sounds of it you need to merge coincident nodes in your model. >> Tools >> Check >> Coincident Nodes

I was able to salvage my model by using the old version and importing my analysis models back into it. Still curious if it is possible to recover from the temp folder database.

Long story short is that I have a very large model that crashed due to a windows error. I have the temp folder for the model that looks like it has the data in it and I have an older version of the model. _DBData is there just wondering if there is any way to recover it?
