That sounds to me like you are making a table in a part or assembly. The thing I was thinking of was less like an inserted table, and more like a feature that Solidworks provided when creating a drawing file.

Ultimately we would want our customers to be able to take our part and place it directly into their CAD model. That is why we are wanting to be able to provide the part, but not be able to have them edit it. This is why eDrawings doesn't really work for this case.

Hey, I have been searching the last 20 minutes for a way to create a downloadable assembly file for a website. The catch is that I don't want the person to be able to expand the assembly tree and be able to reverse engineer the parts. Any way to make this happen? Thanks, Jake
