Correct. In this situation, the hydrogen would be mixed with the refinery's fuel gas system and simply after it leaves the stripper so burner designs would not be impacted as this stream is very small in comparison. Just wondered if anyone else had used hydrogen before and what the experience was.
Our O2 stripper currently uses Natural Gas as the stripping medium. There is a desire to switch to Hydrogen as NG prices have risen and contiue to rise. Is there any experience out there with H2 vs NG in this application?
