No, it opens another session of NX.

I installed NX10 to open a newer file but we use NX9 to stay current with GM. I changed the system variables back for NX9, now when I double click a .prt file a new session of NX9 launches but the .prt file won't load. Any suggestions? Thanks! DieMan

I have subtracted a solid from a solid (2 different colors) and the surface remaining had to color of the subtraction tool. The project I'm working on now, I'm using a sheet body to trim and would like to have the solid surfaces that are trim change color automatically. Is this possible? Thanks!

1) You need to make sure that in Preferences, Drafting, Dimension, Ordinate - The Positive Direction is set to "User Defined" and not "All" If it is not and the dimension is already on, let me know and I can tell you how to fix it rather than recreate them all if there are a lot of them. This...

In NX 9 when I go to settings on a dimension and go to inherit, it always defaults to "preferences". I always use "selected object" I could not find anything in customer defaults to change it. Is there a way to fix this? Jeff NX 9.0.2.5

I can not seem to find how to move the origin of my ordinate dimension. Before you could right click and pick move origin but that option seems to be missing in NX 9 Jeff NX 9.0.2.5
