    how did you guys learn about automation and PLC programming?

    I learned the most by upgrading old, obsolete PLCs to new ones. Had to figure out the old LL and make functionally identical LL for the new PLCs.

    I have lots of experience with 3 phase but I can't find a definitive answer for this... 120V, half-horsepower, single-phase reversible motor, 9.8 FLA - I need to bring the start-winding connections out to a reversing relay in a panel 5 feet away.
