Is there any way that one can hide the dimensions much like you can hide relations?

Is there any way (short of creating a template) to change the default from metric to English without reinstalling Solidworks?

I need to make a trapezoid with a compound angle. I can easily draw/create it with the front or side views but cannot figure out how to do it 3D. Any suggestions?

Wow. I tried the "fully define sketch" and it gave me all of the dimensions. Thanks.

Reagarding "If you're in a sketch, you want to use the Fully Define Sketch Button. If you're in a drawing, then you can use AutoDimensioning." and "Per Jeff's comment, it is only for drawings. You need to define the sketch with dims manually." I have seen a tutorial showing the autodimensioning...

Regarding the suggestion about DimExpert, I went to Tools, Options, Document Properties and did not find a DimExpert tab or anything remotely close to it.

When I go into sketch mode to create something the autodimension option is always grayed out making it unavailable to use. I can not figure out how to get it to work.

No matter what I do I can not seem to get the autodimensioning feature to work. I am using Solidworks 7. Any suggestions?
