How to make a compound angle in Solidworks?

I need to make a trapezoid with a compound angle. I can easily draw/create it with the front or side views but cannot figure out how to do it 3D. Any suggestions?

    solidworks autodimensioning

Reagarding "If you're in a sketch, you want to use the Fully Define Sketch Button. If you're in a drawing, then you can use AutoDimensioning." and "Per Jeff's comment, it is only for drawings. solidworks autodimensioning

When I go into sketch mode to create something the autodimension option is always grayed out making it unavailable to use. I can not figure out how to get it to work.
