Use datum plane tool and place it wherever you want with offset translation, name it as you want, then, when you make Xsec use that plane as a reference for it.
thanks a lot, it works! some possibilities of wf4 are so simple, but there are too many of them and takes a lot of time to remember it. it does make big files, but not huge (for ex.- assembly 176k - pdfu3d 629k)

It is not dificult, all work is in wiew manager, you can rotate your model as you like to be rotated ( if, for example you started your model in wrong datum an references)
Try to get some of Roger Toogood books, they are great for beginning...
If I get it right, you must make your own wiew in wiew menager and save it, than redefine it as you wish,(rmb, redefine) give new references and turn it in position that you want.
