Thanks Toffeet for sharing all this good information which I cannot seem to get from anywhere else.
I do have a number of questions still that you may be able to enlighten me.
1)Can Solid Edge members who have contribute permissions able to do a Save As in Solid Edge and save in Released...
Thanks for the reply Toffeet, my question is if we have standard parts that we use like bolts and we want to put it Insight, do we place it in a Document library under the Released Lifecyle?
Also I am noticing that I am able to save files doign a Save as in the Insight Released document folder...
We are just getting familiar with SolidEdge ST3 Insight.
Some areas are still unclear to me.
Where do you place family of parts and common part files shared or use by designers in Insight?
