    Importing excel document into Autocad.

    I currently use 2005 LT and had this problem for years before 2005. Now everything comes in at once, not multiple cut and paste sessions and then put them all together. Currently copy and paste special over 200 cells at once. Someone at Autodesk was listening I guess.

    Proxy objects

    Currently using Acad 2000 and was wondering if there is any way to explode proxy objects. Object lists as being created from a program labeled AecArchBase I suppose that's an architect add on to Acad but wblock or explode doesn't do it for me. Any suggestions?

    You can import it into a new drawing and either save it as a .dwg or not. However, I don't recall seeing any options for previewing prior to an actual import.
