That happened a few releases ago I think. I was slightly perturbed when I found out it didn't work like that anymore because I used it frequently. The way I've found around it is to create an associative measurement first and then get the p-value from that for the other feature.
I've always said that I would like groups in the Assembly Navigator just like in the Part Navigator. I do use Pack All to try to manage the tree but being able to put dozens of different types of fasteners, for example, in a group and collapse it would help a lot in scrolling through pages and...
Just to piggyback on this, I've had it happen when adding GD&T within a note. When adding letters for the datums, I get kicked into the Arc menu, Circle, and Line. I've even been booted into Modeling mode from Drafting.
This has been going on sporadically for at least a few years nor. We're on...
I try to avoid sketching in the drawing as much as possible. I prefer to do those kinds of things in the 3D model. Project the curves onto the model surfaces and as long as they're in the correct reference set they show up on the drawing. You can use a layer to only show them in the view(s) you...
So I found there were a couple things going on that prevented me from getting the license I needed.
The first is that I was only setup to use 91110. When I got this new computer that was the way it was configured. I added the Mach3 Production and Industrial Design licenses to the settings.
The...
I finally know what's going on here, but not how we're going to fix it.
The license for the Blend Corner resides in the Mach3 license bundle, of which we have 3. I'm one of the first ones here in the morning and I apparently can't get one of them. And the guy who is the first one here can't...
Ah I see. Well we don't have any older versions of NX available so I can't do that. Subsequently I'm not sure when it "stopped" working. I haven't used it in well over a year. It just happens that the project I'm working on now has a lot of castings so I have reason to again.
It's not just me...
I opened native NX, created a box, put blends on it and tried to use Blend Corner. I got the error message about no license.
This is what I got after doing Bleaker's procedure. I'm not sure what to do with this information now though. This is a little beyond me...
Did the Blend Corner command get moved to a different license bundle recently? When I try to use it I get a License Error -10099. I've used it plenty of times before when I work on castings, although it's been a while since I last used it. Now it won't work.
We're on version 2011 build 1903...
I tend to avoid parts lists myself, but I believe you can add a column to it, put a number in each cell, and then sort by that column. It's not very intuitive. You have to put the numbers where you want them manually. It's been a while and I don't remember why I needed to do it, but I think that...
You could, after making the sketch fully constrained with dimensions and constraints, delete the dims and constraints and make all of the entities in the sketch Fully Fixed. There's nothing extraneous to see anymore after doing that.

Those are features/dialogs that have changed when a new version of NX is installed. Somewhere there's a setting to turn that off but I can't seem to find it again. I'm sure someone else will know.
