    PWHT and Heavy Barrel Flanges

    Hello all, I have to install some 12" and 10" Diameter Heavy Barrel Flanges having a WT of 2" - 3". These flanges are going on a slugcatcher and I'm wondering if these type of stub in require PWHT. The connection details shows partial penetration any help in this matter is appreciated
