You are not running the same package as the other site. Your version does not recognize piping because you have not selected piping as part of your software package.

If I create an "overslab" or "slab" of surface, how do I designate which area of the surface is to be used for milling? To trim the surface to the patch for milling could change the characteristics to such a degree that the construction of a "face" or whatever...

How do I translate a V4 surface model to V5. When I load in a V4 model no surfaces or faces come across. I do wind up with "edge curves" in V5. How can that be if I cannot find any surface?

V5 has a function called fac to fac fillet. If you cannot create a fac then why does it have that surface operator?

Where do I find the function to create a *fac in V5?
