Is anyone having problems when printing from 2007 to a plotter. We have an OCE plotter and it prints "D" size fine in 2006. 2007 crops the ends off the sheet

Arrow with the question mark in the feature tree. it was noticed when someone tried to check a part into pdmworks and it wanted to also check int the lib feature.
I have a sub assembly that i am trying to replace with another assembly. I use the replace command, the save the assembly with the new sub asm. then reopen the asm and the old sub asm part is still there, not the new one.
Anyone seen this before?

It does not show up in the print preview. Why would you think it was the driver? All the view should not print then, besides i have other drawings with detail views that print. the one in question is a detail taken from a section, they never print.
I have a drawing that contains a detail view. This detail view will not print correctly, while the other views print fine. All that is visible in the view are the dimensions.
If i rebuilt the drawing the view re appears, but will not print. Any ideas?

I already have that set to turn them off. The axes are not always on, they only show up in drawings when i select print, but not every time. In assemblies they show up when i switch from one file to another i have open, but does not happen every time.
I am aware that i can just uncheck them, but problem is why are they on. I do not turn them on and they are not turned on by default in the templates. It also happens in assemblies, makes it kinda slow when a couple of thousand axes turn on for no reason.
