According to ASME Sec. III Class 1, valve disc is pressure containing part. see para. NB3546.2

Hi all I want to the meaning of lock-up pressure for pressure regulator. I think that lock-up pressure is same thing to set pressure for the pressure regulator. Would you please let me know the difference between the set pressure and lock-up pressure, if any.
