500W IPG fiber laser cutting of 4mm SS with oxygen
Hi.. I am new user of 500W IPG fiber laser, I am facing problem of lots of dross at bottom side while cutting 4mm SS304 with oxygen. I am using pre-set cutting data but its not helping much.. using speed 1m/min, power 500watt, freq. 20,000Hz, using 5" lens, 2mm nozzle and gas pressure 4bar...- ciraq
