Your right, it seems complicated from Ideas native files. A batch (onsite) feature-based translation for 3D and 2D was expected but seems now completly impossible :-(
We are in contact with some Solidworks vendors, but they say they haven't got...

Thanks for your answer and comments. Outsourcing the migration to India is one of the possibility we are valuating but seems very risky (time/money).
