btrueblood: as maybe you know, a chocolate machine in Europe has a chance of 80% to be manufactured in Italy.
I was there a couple of years ago when I bought it and went a bit more north, for a couple of days, to Lake Como. A very beautiful part of Italy.
Thank you for the invitation!
After I sent 4 emails to the manufacturer, they finally managed to give an answer:
"we order the nozzles from a supplier but be send to the producer the technical draw"
OK, now it's time to reverse engineering the thing and find a machine shop.
Thanks!
Big thanks to all of you for trying to help!
The links for components above don't provide nothing similar.
I've contacted the dispensing plate manufacturer but they didn't answer if the nozzle is standard or specially manufactured for this use.
That is exactly why I was trying to find the part...
IRstuff: I'm trying to contact the manufacturer, will post if I succeed
Tuckabag: there is no machine shops in my area and if this is a standard part it'll be much cheaper to buy in Ebay
It's stainless steal and "rust" inside is chocolate.
It has a male thread (M10) and a 5.6mm hole, so much larger than 3d printer nozzles.
No search for "nozzle" in Google or Ebay shows something as this one...
cowski: good link but nothing equal (visually or dimensions)
btrueblood: I still...
They're screwed to a chocolate dispensing plate, the chocolate flows through the holes.
But for sure it wasn't manufactured specially for this purpose.
So what is it?
Anyone manage to find a link for such thing in Ebay?
Hi,
I'm trying to find this part without success.
In the photo is screwed but the thread is M10, the hole is 5.6mm.
Nothing similar appears when searching for "nozzle" in Google or Ebay.
Maybe as a none English speaker I'm using the wrong term?
So what is it?
Thank you!
