You samples may have smearing and worm like pin holes as a result of the finishing process. Have you checked out your samples under a scope? Also, your cleaning process may be helpful.

I am new to plating and I am looking to improve throughput of our iridite line. We are plating honey comb like air filters about a quarter inch thick in varying sizes. Does anyone know of a popular racking vendor? Thanks.
